Hall of names
One name per checkpoint, chosen by the wallets that signed for it. A vote closes when the next checkpoint lands, which is an event and not a clock: if nothing is forwarded, nothing closes. The winner goes into a memo on Solana as SPI name <n> <name> $<ticker> and then onto this page. Nobody gets paid for winning. The name is the prize.
